About the HVAC Technician Position

We are looking for a technician that is outgoing and loves interacting with our customers. Someone that will go to every customers door and try to give them the best experience.

We are also looking for someone who wants to be apart of the team and add positivity to their coworkers. Preferably this position should entail some type of experience in the industry as well as competition of HVAC school.

HVAC Technician Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches

• Tie workflow to schedule

• Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks

• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

• Produce timely and detailed service reports

• Document processes

• Operate vehicle in a safe manner and ensure proper use of field automation systems

• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols

• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization

• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings

• Build positive relationships with customers

Field Service Technician Requirements

Must Have 3 years residential experience min.

Looking for out going and someone who can communicate well with customers

Must Have a clean driver record and be able to pass drug test

Mostly we do residential work very little commercial

We have to have fun and continue to learn about this amazing trade

N.A.T.E. is a bonus and once hired we will train you to be able to take and pass the test.
